Financial Services Regulatory Associate or Senior Associate 2+ PQE - Leeds An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Services Regulatory Associate or Senior Associate to join a leading commercial full-service firm based in Leeds. The Financial Services Regulatory team is very well regarded and have an established client base comprising regulated businesses in the investment or insurance sectors, including private equity houses, venture capital, corporate finance firms, wealth managers, insurers and insurance intermediaries. The role will involve working closely with Partners who have strong recognition in all major legal directories, advising on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious regulatory and compliance issues, including financial services regulation, information law, financial crime, anti-money laundering and trade and sanctions compliance. ABOUT YOU You will be a Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE gained within an established FS Regulatory practice. The following skills are also considered essential to the role: · The ability to lead on a range of both contentious and non-contentious FS Regulatory matters from start to finish, with limited supervision from Partners. · A passion for guiding and supporting junior members of the team and developing leadership skills. · A clear communicator and the ability to work collaboratively in a collegiate team. · A commitment and willingness to participate in business development. · A practical and commercial approach to working. OTHER INFORMATION · Competitive salary from £62,000 upwards depending on experience. · Annual bonus and comprehensive benefits package. · Hybrid working with a vibrant Leeds City Centre office.
