Corporate Senior Associate | 6+ PQE | Leeds An award-winning national firm is looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their growing team in Leeds as a Principal Associate. In line with the Corporate team's growth trajectory, there is an exciting opportunity for a Principal Associate to join their award-winning team. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of some transactions as well as working closely with Partners as part of a local or national team on larger or more complex deals. The work within the team is very high quality and varied, spanning M&A, management transactions, venture and growth capital, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits. The team also has a growing practice advising listed clients on equity capital raisings on public markets. ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes: · Qualified Solicitor with at least 6 years' PQE. · Experience gained within an established practice. · Strong technical skills and the ability to run transactions with limited supervision. · The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. · Experience of supervising junior team members is desirable but not essential. · A strong commercial acumen and willing to participate in business development.
