Associate - International Arbitration 3-7yrs

A very rare opportunity to work within one of the market-leading International Arbitration practices in the US. Based in either the New York or Washington DC office you will be joining a 50-strong team of attorneys with a key focus on North and South America. The work is an even blend of Commercial and State Investment, primarily Arbitration-related, although there is some enforcement litigation work. This is an incredibly well-renowned practice (ranked Band 1 in both Chambers and Legal 500) that has a strong track record of progressing their attorneys through to partnership. Always a busy shop there is a consistent regular flow of work, without the peaks and troughs of some of their competitors. You will have exceptional academics and between 3 and 7yrs experience within international arbitration, as well as the right to work in the USA. As a proportion of the work coming into the practice comes from Latin America, language skills are useful, particularly Spanish and Portuguese. That said, this is not a pre-requisite. JD/LLM from a leading US law school and relevant US-based experience are essential.
