4th - 8th year M&A Associate (Vault top-40 firm)

This role requires a deep understanding of complex corporate transactions, including advising financial sponsors and strategic buyers and sellers in leveraged buyouts, sell-side transactions, growth equity investments, and minority investments. Candidates should possess strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. A solid foundation in structuring and executing strategic transactions, including joint ventures and recapitalizations, is highly desirable. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including tax, finance, and regulatory specialists, is essential.
