1st - 3rd year M&A Associate (Mandarin speaking)

A well-established law firm in New York City is seeking a Junior-Level Corporate Associate with a strong focus on securities and corporate law. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEC regulations, mergers and acquisitions, and experience working with early-stage businesses and active investors. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required for effective communication with a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities: * Provide legal counsel on a wide range of corporate matters, including securities offerings, mergers, acquisitions, and compliance with SEC regulations. * Assist in the representation of early-stage businesses and investors, advising on corporate structuring, funding, and regulatory compliance. * Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate agreements and documents. * Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent service and communication. * Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex corporate transactions and legal matters. Qualifications: * At least five years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on securities, mergers, acquisitions, and early-stage business transactions. * Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential for client interactions. * Ability to work independently while also being a team player. * Strong attention to detail and self-motivation to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Admission to the New York Bar is required. * Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is necessary.
