Overview: A Vault top 30 ranking international law firm is seeking a talented mid to senior-level associate to join its Public Companies practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading team that advises public companies on a variety of corporate governance, reporting, disclosure, and compliance matters. Key Responsibilities: * Providing counsel to public companies on SEC and exchange reporting requirements. * Advising on corporate governance and public company compliance matters. * Supporting capital markets transactions and related disclosure work. * Managing client relationships and handling complex client demands and workflows. Candidate Requirements: * A minimum of 5 years of experience working with public companies in a corporate department at a prestigious national or international law firm. * Strong academic credentials. * Demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated client relationships and workflow.
