Position Overview:
The firm is seeking a talented and motivated Capital Markets Associate with 1-4 years' of experience to join its highly respected New York team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge capital markets transactions, advising on debt and equity offerings, securities compliance, and other key transactional matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising on a broad range of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, debt offerings, secondary offerings, and private placements.
Assisting clients with securities law compliance, regulatory matters, and corporate governance issues.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating offering documents, underwriting agreements, and other transaction-related documents.
Working closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-value, complex transactions across various industries.
Managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of commercially focused, high-quality legal advice.
Candidate Requirements:
1-4 years of experience at a leading law firm in capital markets, securities, or related practice areas.
Strong academic credentials and bar admission in New York.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
A detail-oriented, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
