This role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional with at least 4 years of significant experience in complex mergers and acquisitions (M&A), shareholder activism and defense, and corporate governance matters. As part of the firm's sophisticated Corporate practice, you will be working closely with high-profile clients on high-stakes transactions and providing strategic legal counsel on some of the most intricate and high-value deals in the industry.
In this role, you will be entrusted with navigating the complexities of M&A transactions, advising clients on shareholder activism strategies, and offering legal expertise on corporate governance matters. Your role will involve drafting and negotiating critical transactional documents, conducting due diligence, and working with a team of top-tier professionals to deliver superior legal service.
