A prestigious, high-profile law firm is seeking a dynamic Associate for its renowned Venture Capital & Emerging Companies practice. The ideal candidate will bring at least 4 years of strong transactional experience to the table, ready to step into a pivotal role working with fast-growing startups and innovative businesses at the forefront of their industries. In this exciting position, you'll be at the helm of drafting and negotiating sophisticated venture capital agreements, guiding complex negotiations from inception to successful closure. You'll be entrusted with providing day-to-day strategic counsel to emerging companies as they navigate critical operational challenges and growth opportunities. Beyond client-facing responsibilities, you'll also take on a leadership role within the team, mentoring junior associates, fostering talent, and overseeing their work to ensure the highest standards of legal excellence. To excel in this role, candidates must possess a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school and be eligible for admission in Massachusetts.
