A prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced Associate to join its dynamic Venture Capital & Emerging Companies practice. Role Overview: The Associate will bring at least four years of transactional experience to the team, contributing to a variety of complex and impactful legal matters. Primary responsibilities include: * Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating venture capital agreements. * Leading negotiations with clients, investors, and stakeholders. * Providing strategic, day-to-day operational advice to startups and emerging companies. * Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior associates within the practice group. Qualifications: * A Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) from an ABA-accredited law school. * Eligibility for admission to practice law in Massachusetts. * Demonstrated expertise in transactional law, specifically in venture capital and emerging companies.
