Position Overview: The firm is looking for a 2nd to 4th-year associate with experience in equity and/or debt capital markets to join its Capital Markets team in New York. The role provides an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile capital markets transactions, including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, and debt issuances, while advising both issuers and underwriters. Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on equity and debt capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, and private placements. Assisting with the drafting and reviewing of offering documents, prospectuses, underwriting agreements, and other transaction-related documents. Conducting due diligence and supporting clients with compliance and regulatory matters related to securities law. Working closely with partners and senior attorneys on deal structuring, negotiations, and execution of capital markets transactions. Maintaining client relationships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, commercially focused legal advice. Candidate Requirements: 2-4 years of experience at a leading law firm in equity and/or debt capital markets. Strong academic credentials and admission to the New York Bar. Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills. A proactive and organized approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
