4th - 7th year M&A Associate

A prestigious law firm is seeking associates from law school class years 2017 to 2020 to join its dynamic M&A and Private Equity teams. This role involves advising corporate clients and private equity funds on a variety of high-stakes transactions and general corporate matters. Key Responsibilities: * Advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and other similar transactions. * Drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including purchase agreements, investment agreements, and ancillary documents. * Managing all aspects of transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and closing processes. * Providing counsel on general corporate matters and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and market terms. * Developing and maintaining client relationships, with significant opportunities for direct client contact. * Collaborating with clients and colleagues to deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. Key Qualifications: * Significant experience handling M&A transactions. * Strong understanding of corporate law and current market terms. * Substantial experience in drafting transaction documents and managing deals effectively. * Driven personality with a business development-oriented mindset. * Ability to handle high levels of responsibility and work independently. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and manage client relationships.
