What You'll Do: Advise prestigious private equity sponsors and investors on fund structuring, formation, and ongoing operational matters. Provide expert guidance on legal, regulatory, and compliance issues faced by fund sponsors. Collaborate directly with partners and clients, managing relationships with key stakeholders and handling high-value transactions. Tackle complex projects with a proactive, problem-solving mindset while ensuring seamless collaboration across the team. What You'll Bring: 4-6 years of fund formation experience at a respected law firm. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both partners and clients from day one. A polished, professional demeanor, comfortable working with high-stakes clients and investors. Strong organizational skills, with an innate ability to balance multiple assignments and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
