4th - 6th year M&A / Private Equity Associate

A Vault top 40 firm is seeking a talented mid-level associate to join its dynamic and growing private equity group. As a Private Equity Associate, you will: * Handle private equity-sponsored leveraged acquisition finance transactions, including senior secured term loans, cash flow and ABL revolving credit facilities, and mezzanine credit facilities. * Manage and draft critical documentation such as commitment letters, term sheets, fee letters, and collateral agreements. * Collaborate with industry-leading partners and engage directly with a variety of clients on sophisticated financing matters. Key Qualifications * A minimum of 3 years' experience in private equity-sponsored leveraged acquisition finance transactions. * Prior experience with lender-side representation is preferred. * A JD from an accredited law school and admission to the New York bar. * Direct experience at an Am Law 100 firm or with the SEC.
