Are you a seasoned non-contentious construction lawyer ready to take the next step in your career? We are working in partnership with a well-established national law firm to appoint a Construction Partner for their London office. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing and highly regarded construction practice with genuine scope for leadership and long-term progression.

You'll be joining at an exciting time, with significant investment being made in the London office and a clear vision for strategic growth across key practice areas. As a Construction Partner (Non-Contentious), you will play a central role in expanding the firm's construction offering in London. Working closely with colleagues across the UK, you will:
- Lead on high-value non-contentious construction matters, including advising on building contracts (e.g. JCT, NEC), development agreements, consultant appointments, collateral warranties, and framework agreements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to a broad client base, including developers, investors, funds, and contractors.
- Take a proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
- Support the mentoring and development of junior lawyers within the team.
- Collaborate across departments on major infrastructure and real estate projects.
This role will suit a commercially minded construction specialist with the ambition and drive to contribute strategically to the firm's growth in London and beyond.
Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive experience in non-contentious construction law, ideally gained at a leading national or City firm.
- A strong track record of managing complex matters and delivering pragmatic commercial advice.
- An existing client following of at least £750,000, with a clear plan for future development.
- A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, keen to be part of a growing and dynamic team.
