A prestigious US law firm is seeking a talented and ambitious Real Estate Associate to join its London office. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic and collaborative real estate team, working on high-value and complex transactions in a fast-paced and international environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within the London real estate team, including transactional real estate and real estate finance specialists, to deliver seamless legal solutions for clients.
- Assist on investment-based disposals and acquisitions (including corporate share acquisitions), development and restructuring, and cross-border transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of corporate real estate documents, including sale/purchase contracts, joint venture agreements, development agreements, lease agreements, and financing documentation.
- Manage corporate real estate mandates for financial sponsors, private equity funds, institutional investors, and multinational corporations.
- Advise clients on complex real estate structures, regulatory considerations, and due diligence processes, ensuring compliance with legal and commercial requirements.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities, contributing to the firm's strategic growth initiatives and maintaining a proactive role in client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic advice, anticipating client needs, and delivering tailored legal solutions.
- Work closely with partners and senior associates, gaining exposure to high-profile transactions and contributing to innovative deal structures.
Candidate requirements:
- 2+ PQE in a leading real estate practice, ideally within an international or top-tier law firm.
- Strong academic record.
- Experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, real estate investments, and development transactions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A strong team player with the ability to collaborate across practice areas and jurisdictions.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure while handling complex, multi-faceted transactions.
- Exceptional drafting skills.
- Strong professional presence, commercial acumen, and a client-focused mindset.
