A prestigious UK law firm is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join its City of London office as a Senior Associate. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in the firm's Property Litigation team, leading on high-profile matters while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to business development. You will advise a broad and sophisticated client base that includes commercial landlords and tenants, institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, developers, and property companies. Your work will span: - Commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes, including lease renewals, rent recovery, forfeiture, dilapidations, and possession claims - Development-related litigation, such as rights of light, party wall issues, and restrictive covenants - Property ownership and boundary disputes, including adverse possession and easement claims - Professional negligence claims linked to property transactions - Contractual and misrepresentation disputes involving land or property - Insolvency-related landlord and tenant issues You'll enjoy a high level of autonomy and client exposure, working closely with the Head of Department and wider real estate group to drive the team's commercial strategy.
