REAL ESTATE LAWYER | NATIONAL PRACTICE | CITY OF LONDON An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate lawyer join a leading national practice in their market-leading real estate team. This opportunity will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work with an exceptional client base, offering complex, high-value, and rewarding work in the Real Estate sector. THE ROLE As part of a market-leading Real Estate team, you will handle a diverse and stimulating caseload, working with some of the most prestigious landowners and institutions in the UK which includes universities and colleges, corporate landowners, charities and pension funds, national farming businesses, investors in land, and trustees and owners of prestigious landed estates. You will be involved in a broad spectrum of Real Estate work, including: - Investment sales and purchases, as well as development projects for educational institutions, charitable bodies, and corporate landowners - Sale and purchase of agricultural land, farms, and estates - Agricultural and business tenancies - Farming partnerships - Renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and other sustainable initiatives - Mineral leases - Refinancing transactions for landowners and rural businesses - Hybrid promotion schemes, estate acquisitions and disposals, and strategic land transactions, with a focus on the tax implications involved This is a role that offers real depth and variety. You will have direct client exposure from day one and will be encouraged to build long-lasting relationships with clients and agents, ensuring a hands-on and commercially engaging practice. THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will be a technically strong, commercially astute solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in Real Estate law.
