Real Estate Senior Associate - London A leading UK real estate practice is seeking a highly skilled and commercially minded Senior Associate to join its London office. This role offers exposure to high-value, complex commercial property matters within a dynamic and collaborative team. The department handles a wide range of real estate matters, including investment, development and regeneration, retail, corporate occupiers, hotels and leisure, property management, and supporting corporate and insolvency teams on M&A and restructuring transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Advising clients throughout the entire property investment lifecycle, from acquisitions of single assets and property portfolios to property management, landlord and tenant matters, disposals, and exit liabilities. - Leading smaller matters independently and taking a pivotal role in larger transactions and development projects. - Providing commercial and strategic advice across sectors including investment, development, corporate occupiers, and retail. - Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser. - Supporting business development initiatives and growing your professional network. Candidate Requirements: - 5-7 years PQE with excellent transactional real estate experience. - Proven ability to lead on transactions and manage complex projects. - Strong expertise in investment, development, corporate occupier, and retail work. - Commercially astute with excellent communication and client relationship skills. - Experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to client engagement.
