Real Estate Associate - London An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Real Estate Associate to join a highly regarded UK real estate team based in London. This dynamic and well-resourced department has a strong reputation for handling a broad spectrum of commercial property matters. The team provides strategic advice on real estate investment, development and regeneration, retail, corporate occupiers, hotels and leisure, as well as property management and support on M&A and restructuring transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Advising on the entire lifecycle of property investments, from acquisitions of single assets and property portfolios through to management, landlord and tenant matters, disposals, and exit liability issues. - Working closely with clients across sectors such as investment, retail, and corporate occupiers, offering commercial and tailored advice. - Supporting high-profile development and regeneration projects. - Assisting in high-value residential property transactions where relevant. Candidate Requirements: - 2-4 years PQE with excellent transactional real estate experience. - Strong expertise in investment, development, retail, and corporate occupier work. - A commercial mindset and ability to deliver innovative solutions for clients. - Experience in high-value residential transactions is welcome but not essential. - Exceptional communication and client management skills.
