This position offers exposure to a diverse and high-quality client base, alongside intellectually stimulating work. The property litigation team works closely with the real estate and governance departments, providing a seamless service to clients ranging from registered providers and developers to private property portfolio holders, charities, and individual investors. This role involves handling a broad range of property disputes, including: - Landlord and Tenant Matters: Advising on housing management issues, possession proceedings, and tenancy disputes. - Real Estate Development Disputes: Handling cases involving easements, restrictive covenants, and overage disputes. - Contractual Disputes: Resolving conflicts relating to property contracts. - Residential Leasehold Matters: Advising on leasehold disputes, including service charge issues, a key growth area for the team. The ideal candidate will have: - 1-4 years PQE in property litigation - Experience handling disputes involving real estate development, including restrictive covenants and easements - Knowledge of residential leasehold issues and service charge disputes - A proactive, problem-solving approach to complex legal issues - Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful client relationships You will thrive in a role that offers an intellectually stimulating workload and the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded colleagues.
