This role is ideal for candidates with 0-4 years of post-qualification experience who are looking to work within a dynamic and internationally connected firm. The team is recognised for its expertise in property disputes, handling a diverse range of contentious real estate matters for an impressive client base. This includes multinational corporations, professional partnerships, financial institutions, property developers, and private individuals. The role offers exposure to a wide variety of property litigation matters, from routine disputes to complex, high-value cases. Key responsibilities include: - Advising on residential landlord and tenant issues, such as rent recovery and possession claims. - Handling service charge disputes, including Section 20 consultations and tribunal proceedings. - Providing advice on building safety issues, including fire safety legislation and obligations under repairing covenants. - Managing disputes related to easements, restrictive covenants, and rights of light. - Addressing matters of disrepair, adverse possession, and squatters. - Supporting transactional teams with property-related dispute analysis and strategy. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, a commercial mindset, and a passion for real estate litigation.
