A leading West End law firm is seeking a skilled and dynamic Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience to join its reputable and collegiate team. This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level solicitor to work on a diverse range of commercial property matters while developing direct client relationships in a supportive environment.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a broad spectrum of matters, including:
- Site acquisition and disposal for development and investment purposes.
- Landlord and tenant transactions, including leases and renewals.

- Property finance transactions, advising lenders and borrowers.
- Estate management, including asset management and strategic planning.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law.

- Be commercially minded, proactive, and client-focused.
