Commercial Solicitor A highly reputable West End firm is seeking a skilled Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse caseload of domestic and international matters, collaborating with clients across a range of sectors. You will be responsible for drafting, amending, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, including: - Manufacturing agreements - Distribution agreements - Services agreements - Website and trading terms and conditions - Privacy policies - Franchise agreements - Website hosting and development agreements Additionally, you will handle other related commercial matters, providing clear, strategic advice tailored to each client's needs.
