Construction Solicitor A prestigious City boutique firm is seeking a talented Construction Solicitor to join their growing team. Acting for clients across the UK and internationally, this is an excellent opportunity to work on both contentious and non-contentious construction matters in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be involved in a broad range of construction work, including: - Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, subcontracts, and consultant appointments - Advising on standard form contracts such as JCT and NEC - Handling disputes including adjudications, arbitrations, and litigation - Providing strategic advice on construction projects from inception to completion About You: - Recently qualified (NQ) up to 4 years' PQE in construction law - Experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters - Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills - A client-focused approach with a commercial mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team The Offer: This role provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to high-quality work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
