Role Overview:
The firm are seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Lawyer to join their London office. The successful candidate will have 4-6 years PQE and be qualified to practice in England and Wales. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile and challenging disputes, with a focus on construction and engineering litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex construction litigation cases, including adjudications, arbitrations, matters in the TCC, and High Court proceedings.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on dispute avoidance, risk management, and resolution strategies.
- Collaborate with the colleagues across global offices on cross-border disputes, bringing an international perspective to your client's legal challenges.
- Work closely with a team of experts in construction law, contributing to a collaborative environment that values specialisation and expertise.
- Engage in business development activities, including client relationship management and participation in industry events, to support the growth of the practice.
Candidate Requirements:
- 4-6 years of PQE in construction litigation, with a proven track record in handling complex disputes.
- Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused approach. The ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care.
- An understanding of cross-border legal issues and an interest in working on international projects.
