Real Estate Finance Lawyer - Boutique Firm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join a well-established commercial law firm in Central London. With a strong reputation for advising respected businesses and private individuals, the firm is known for its collaborative approach and exceptional client service.
As part of the firm's thriving Real Estate Finance team, you will work on a variety of complex transactions for both borrowers and lenders. Collaborating with colleagues across Residential, Banking and Finance, Construction, and Corporate teams, you will provide holistic legal solutions tailored to client needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on property finance transactions, including mezzanine finance, Sharia law finance, and construction/development finance.
- Drafting and negotiating security documents, facility agreements, loan agreements, and guarantees.
- Preparing certificates of title and providing independent legal advice to guarantors when necessary.
- Acting for a diverse client base, including private equity firms, developers, and major financial institutions.
- Managing transactions from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of service.
- Supporting business development activities to strengthen client relationships and enhance the firm's offering.
About You:
- NQ to 4 years' PQE with experience in real estate finance or banking and finance law.
- Strong technical knowledge of property finance, including drafting and negotiating related documents.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- A commercial mindset with a focus on achieving practical, results-driven outcomes.
