Commercial work includes: - Agency agreements between travel suppliers and online travel agents. - B2B supplier agreements for selling travel services. - Technology agreements (think SaaS, API licenses, AI, and white-labelling). - Drafting customer terms and conditions. Regulatory work includes: - Helping clients navigate global travel regulations and secure necessary licenses. - Advising on consumer law compliance (e.g., website booking flows, marketing). - Managing multi-jurisdictional compliance projects. - Liaising with regulators like the CMA and CAA on compliance issues. The ideal candidate will: - Have at least 2 years' PQE in a commercial or regulatory role - Have solid commercial contract experience. - Be a creative problem-solver who enjoys tackling unique challenges.
