Real Estate Solicitor A prestigious City of London and major international law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor with at least 4 years of PQE to join their thriving real estate team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including occupiers, property developers, investors, and lenders. Key Responsibilities: - Advising on the acquisition and disposal of investment properties, including sale and lease-back transactions. - Negotiating leases and associated landlord and tenant documents, acting for both landlords and tenants. - Handling the acquisition of sites for development and investment, negotiating development agreements, and managing disposals of development sites to investors. -Supervising junior colleagues in relation to property portfolio management, including licences, consents, and the granting of leases. - Reviewing, reporting, and advising on title matters and ensuring the smooth handling of real estate transactions. - Advising on heads of terms and providing strategic input into key property deals. - Coordinating with other teams within the firm, such as Corporate, Insolvency and Restructuring, Banking, and Construction, to ensure seamless service delivery on complex real estate transactions. Candidate Requirements: - At least 4 years PQE in real estate law. - Experience advising a broad range of clients, including developers, investors, lenders, and occupiers. - Strong skills in negotiating leases, managing acquisitions and disposals, and providing effective property portfolio management. - Ability to supervise and mentor junior colleagues. - Excellent communication and client management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
