Property Litigation Solicitor A leading City of London and major international law firm is seeking a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join their highly regarded team. The team advises on a wide range of property-related disputes and contentious portfolio and asset management issues, representing a prestigious client base that includes owners, developers, investors, management companies, and end users. Key Responsibilities: - Advising clients on all aspects of property litigation, including disputes arising from portfolio and asset management. - Representing clients in high-profile court battles over iconic developments and projects. - Working with some of the world's largest and most recognisable names to protect their real estate interests. - Acting for clients across a variety of sectors in relation to property-related disputes, including commercial property, development disputes, and complex landlord and tenant matters. - Advising on issues throughout the development process from inception to completion. Candidate Requirements: - At least 3 PQE. - Solid experience in property litigation with a strong understanding of the legal and commercial challenges involved. - Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to advise on complex issues and drive strategy. - Experience advising developers, investors, and corporate clients on contentious real estate matters. - Ability to manage a varied and challenging caseload with a high degree of autonomy.
