Real Estate Solicitor An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Real Estate Solicitor to join a highly regarded law firm in central London. The firm has a strong client base, acting for businesses across the UK and internationally, and is known for its expertise in handling complex and varied property matters. The role offers a diverse workload across all aspects of real estate law, including: - Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property. - Development projects, both residential and commercial. - Property finance and restructuring, including bridging loans, mezzanine finance, and development funding. - Drafting and negotiating option agreements and conditional contracts. - Landlord and tenant matters, including negotiation of new leases, assignments, renewals, alterations, and variations. Candidate Requirements: - Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE in real estate law. - Proven experience managing a broad range of property transactions. - Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build long-term relationships. - A commercial mindset and the ability to handle a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
