Real Estate Lawyer (3-4 PQE) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Lawyer to join a global law firm with a strong presence in London. This firm is renowned for its expertise in commercial real estate, handling complex, high-value transactions for a diverse, international client base that includes developers, investors, and major corporations. We are seeking a solicitor with 3-4 years PQE in real estate law. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial development and investment work, with a proven track record of advising on acquisitions, disposals, and large-scale development projects. Key Responsibilities: - Advising clients on commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and property development. - Managing investment transactions, including the structuring and financing of deals. - Drafting and negotiating leases, development agreements, and other real estate contracts. - Providing strategic legal advice to developers, institutional investors, and corporate occupiers. - Collaborating with colleagues across the firm's global network on cross-border transactions and complex multi-jurisdictional projects. Requirements: - 3-4 years of PQE in real estate law, with a focus on commercial development and investment work. - Experience advising on large-scale transactions, including development projects and high-value property investments. - Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills. - Commercially aware, with the ability to manage complex transactions and provide strategic advice. - Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
