Property Litigation Associate

Property Litigation Solicitor We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join a prestigious firm based in Central London. The successful candidate will have 1-5 years PQE and a strong background in real estate disputes. Key Responsibilities: - Advising and representing clients on a range of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, and dilapidations. - Handling contentious matters involving commercial and residential properties. - Drafting legal documents, including claims, witness statements, and settlement agreements. - Engaging in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings as necessary. - Managing a diverse caseload independently, while also collaborating with senior team members on complex disputes. Key Requirements: - Between 1-5 years of PQE in property litigation. - Experience dealing with high-value, complex disputes. - Excellent communication and client management skills. - Strong technical expertise and attention to detail. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
