Commercial IP Lawyer An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial IP Lawyer to join a leading London law firm. We are seeking a talented lawyer with 2-4 years of PQE and experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences sectors. This role primarily supports one of the firm's key strategic sectors-life sciences. As a Commercial IP Lawyer, you will be involved in a variety of complex transactions and advisory work, including: - Advising on R&D agreements and collaboration arrangements. - Drafting and negotiating licensing and partnering agreements within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. - Handling manufacturing, supply, and distribution agreements. - Providing Commercial IP support for corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Desirable Experience & Skills: - 2-4 years PQE. - Strong background in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences sectors. - Proven experience advising on a range of commercial transactions within these sectors. - A relevant scientific or technical undergraduate/post-graduate degree. - Experience of working in-house (for example, on secondment) is highly desirable. - Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
