Commercial Lawyer An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join a leading law firm in London. We are seeking candidates with 5-9 years PQE to join a highly regarded team working on a variety of cutting-edge and high-profile projects. You will be involved in a diverse range of commercial and technology-related legal work, including: - Commercial work: Handling general procurement, supply, distribution, joint ventures, and public sector procurement. - Technology contracts: Advising on software development and licensing, systems supply and integration, hardware supply and maintenance arrangements. - Digital transformation: Leading projects involving cloud computing, AI, machine learning, robotic process automation, blockchain, fintech, adtech, and healthtech. - Telecoms: Advising on network rollouts for alt-nets, mobile companies, and tech providers. - Business process outsourcing: Assisting with major projects such as finance and accounting, logistics, human resources outsourcing (HRO), and offshoring. - IT outsourcing: Handling IT infrastructure, application development and support, networks, and communications projects. - Emerging technologies & regulation: Providing legal advice on AI, distributed ledger technology, free and open-source software, cybersecurity, and other regulatory matters. Candidate Requirements: - 5-9 years PQE. - Strong experience in commercial law, particularly within the technology sector. - Proven ability to manage complex transactions and provide strategic advice. - A keen interest in emerging technologies and related legal frameworks. - Excellent communication and client management skills.
