Real Estate Solicitor Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and talented Real Estate Solicitor to join a dynamic and highly experienced, Legal 500 and Chambers ranked Real Estate team in London. The ideal candidate will have between 1 and 4 years PQE and be comfortable managing a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions. The team provides comprehensive property-related legal services and represents a wide range of clients, including well-known brands in the retail and hospitality sectors, property investors, funders, and large-scale residential developers. This role offers excellent exposure to high-profile clients and the opportunity to develop expertise in a supportive, forward-thinking environment. Key Responsibilities: - Handling new leases and lease renewals - Managing landlord and tenant matters - Assisting in drafting and reviewing Certificates of Title - Managing commercial acquisitions and disposals of property assets - Buying and selling vacant possession properties - Reviewing and providing advice on Heads of Terms - Reviewing and advising on contracts for sale and purchase - Conducting title reviews and addressing any issues or discrepancies - Handling enquiries and searches related to property transactions - Managing post-completion matters, ensuring a smooth transition to completion Key Requirements: - 1-4 years PQE in Real Estate law - Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters, commercial acquisitions, and disposals - Proficiency in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, leases, and related documents - Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a high-volume caseload - Strong client management skills, with a proactive and commercial approach - Ability to work independently while being a strong team player This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a respected and well-established Real Estate practice, offering exposure to a wide variety of property transactions and complex legal matters.
