Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and driven Real Estate Associate with 2-3 years PQE to join a market-leading Real Estate team based in London. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse global client base, spanning core sectors such as life sciences and technology. The Real Estate team handles a broad range of commercial real estate work, including advising on acquisitions, disposals, financing, leasing, and portfolio management for owners and occupiers of business space. The team is also heavily involved in corporate headquarters deals, commercial leasing, and real estate aspects of corporate restructurings, inward investments, and UK business start-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on commercial real estate transactions, including buying, selling, financing, leasing, and managing business properties
- Managing corporate headquarters deals and commercial leasing matters
- Advising on portfolio management and reorganisations for major clients
- Supporting inward investment and UK business start-ups with real estate needs
- Collaborating with the firm's wider transactional team on corporate restructurings, acquisitions, and disposals
- Working with global clients across life sciences, technology, and other core sectors on real estate-related legal issues
Key Requirements:
- 2-3 years PQE in Real Estate law
- Strong experience in commercial property transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, and disposals
- Demonstrated interest in the life sciences and technology sectors
- Enthusiasm for business development and the ability to cultivate client relationships
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
