Commercial Solicitor (3-5 PQE) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Commercial Solicitor to join a growing and dynamic law firm based in London. The firm has a strong reputation for providing high-quality legal services to a diverse range of clients, from start-ups and SMEs to large corporations across various sectors. We are seeking a solicitor with 3-5 years PQE in commercial law. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on a range of business transactions, and providing strategic legal advice to commercial clients. Key Responsibilities: - Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, service contracts, and terms of business. - Advising clients on general commercial matters, including intellectual property, data protection, and regulatory compliance. - Supporting clients on business transactions such as joint ventures, partnerships, and commercial projects. - Managing and building relationships with clients, providing clear, commercially focused legal advice. - Collaborating with colleagues across different practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. Requirements: - 3-5 years of PQE in commercial law. - Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. - Good understanding of corporate and commercial legal principles. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships. - A commercial mindset, with the ability to offer practical, business-focused solutions. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
