The Commercial team is expanding, and they are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Associate to join their practice. As a Commercial Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Your responsibilities will include handling a range of commercial contracts, advising on transactions, and providing strategic legal guidance. Key Responsibilities: - Advise clients on a broad spectrum of commercial contracts and transactions. - Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including supply contracts, distribution agreements, and service contracts. - Provide legal support on corporate governance and compliance matters. - Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored legal solutions. - Manage complex legal issues and develop strategies to mitigate risks. - Support senior lawyers and contribute to the development of the department's practice. Key Requirements: - Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 2-5 years PQE in commercial law. - Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. - A proactive and client-focused approach to legal practice.
