Are you a talented Planning Associate with 3-5 years PQE looking to make your mark at a leading international law firm? Key Responsibilities: - Providing expert advice on all aspects of planning law, including strategic planning, infrastructure projects, and regeneration schemes. - Drafting and negotiating planning agreements, including Section 106 agreements and infrastructure agreements. - Advising clients on planning appeals, inquiries, and judicial reviews. - Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale, complex projects across various sectors, including real estate, energy, and transport. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse client base, including developers, investors, and public sector bodies. Requirements: - 3-5 years PQE in Planning law, with strong technical expertise and practical experience. - A proven track record in handling complex planning matters, including appeals and inquiries. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise advice to clients. - A proactive, commercial approach with a strong focus on client service. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
