Key Responsibilities: - Advising clients on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters, including the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts, development agreements, and warranties. - Providing strategic legal advice on procurement strategies and risk management for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. - Working closely with clients from inception through to project completion, ensuring their interests are fully protected at all stages. - Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams on complex real estate developments, ensuring seamless delivery of legal services. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering practical, commercially focused solutions that align with client objectives. Requirements: - A minimum of 5 years PQE in non-contentious construction law, with significant experience in drafting and negotiating construction contracts. - Proven expertise in advising on major construction and development projects, including experience with JCT, NEC, and FIDIC contracts. - Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage complex projects and deliver results within tight deadlines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach. - Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the ongoing success of the team.
