A prestigious international law firm is seeking a talented Property Litigation Associate with 1-3 years PQE to join their dynamic team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to work on high-profile cases and develop their career in a supportive and progressive environment. Key Responsibilities: - Handle a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, development disputes, property-related contractual issues, and rights of light cases. - Provide high-quality legal advice to a diverse clientele, including commercial and residential landlords, tenants, developers, and real estate investors. - Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements with precision and attention to detail. - Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies and ensure the provision of up-to-date advice. - Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution processes. - Work closely with colleagues across various departments to deliver integrated legal solutions to clients. - Stay informed about the latest developments in property law and related areas to maintain and enhance professional knowledge. Required Qualifications and Skills: - Qualified solicitor with 1-3 years PQE in property litigation. - Proven experience in managing a broad range of property litigation matters. - Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Strong legal research capabilities. - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure. - A proactive and flexible attitude towards work, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
