Key Responsibilities: - Providing expert advice on public procurement law, including drafting and reviewing procurement documentation, managing tender processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. - Advising clients on the negotiation and execution of commercial contracts across various sectors, ensuring their interests are protected and commercial objectives are met. - Supporting public sector clients, including government bodies, healthcare providers, and local authorities, on complex procurement projects and high-value contracts. - Assisting in resolving procurement disputes and contract-related issues, offering strategic legal guidance throughout the process. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering clear, commercially focused advice that aligns with client goals and enhances their business operations. Requirements: - 1-4 years PQE as a Commercial Lawyer, with substantial experience in both public procurement and commercial contracts. - In-depth knowledge of the Public Contracts Regulations and associated legislation, as well as strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-centric approach to legal service delivery. - A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team.
