An international law firm is seeking a talented and motivated Real Estate Associate to join their dynamic team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with 1-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to advance their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Key Responsibilities: - Transaction Management: Handle a broad range of real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing for a diverse client base, including corporate clients, developers, and investors. - Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing clear and commercially sound advice on complex real estate matters. - Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence, including title reviews, contract analysis, and drafting of reports for clients. - Documentation: Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate documents such as sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other related documents. - Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within the firm, such as tax, finance, and litigation, to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients. - Mentorship: Assist in the development and mentoring of junior associates and trainees within the team. Requirements: - Qualification: Qualified solicitor in England and Wales. - Experience: 1-5 years PQE in real estate law, with a strong background in handling complex real estate transactions. - Skills: Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. - Client Focus: Proven track record of delivering high-quality service to clients and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. - Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support senior lawyers as required. - Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of the commercial aspects of real estate transactions and the wider property market.
