A leading City law firm is seeking a dynamic and skilled Real Estate Associate with 1-4 years' PQE to join their esteemed real estate team in London. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of real estate matters, providing top-tier legal services to a broad range of clients and contributing to the success of our real estate practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property development projects.
- Offer strategic legal advice to clients on real estate matters, encompassing due diligence, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct detailed legal research and draft high-quality legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and reports.
- Represent clients in negotiations and meetings to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions and support business development initiatives.
- Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE in real estate law.
- Proven experience in managing real estate transactions and delivering successful outcomes for clients.
- Strong understanding of real estate law, including relevant legislation, case law, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
