You will be instrumental in crafting promotion and option agreements pertaining to development land, showcasing your strategic thinking and attention to detail. The position also entails involvement in bank lending and refinancing transactions, portfolio acquisitions, and hotel owner and operator work. Moreover, you will manage landlord and tenant asset management-related work and corporate property acquisitions, adding breadth and depth to your professional experience.
