Construction Litigation Lawyer (3-6 PQE) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Construction Litigation Lawyer to join a prestigious firm based in the heart of the City of London. The firm boasts an international profile, with offices spanning across key financial and business hubs globally. This provides an excellent platform for ambitious lawyers to engage in high-profile cross-border work and collaborate with top-tier clients from diverse sectors. We are seeking a talented solicitor with between 3-6 years PQE in construction litigation. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in contentious construction matters, including dispute resolution, adjudications, arbitrations, and litigation, and should be comfortable working on complex, high-value cases. Key Responsibilities: - Advising clients on a broad range of construction disputes, including breaches of contract, professional negligence, delay claims, and defects. - Managing cases from initial instruction through to final resolution. - Working closely with both domestic and international clients, including contractors, developers, and consultants. - Providing strategic advice on dispute avoidance and risk management. - Engaging in cross-jurisdictional work with colleagues across the firm's global offices. Requirements: - 3-6 years of PQE in construction litigation. - Strong technical expertise in construction law and familiarity with various dispute resolution mechanisms. - Experience with high-value and complex disputes. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative international team.
