Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and development projects. - Provide strategic advice to high-net-worth individuals, developers, investors, and corporate clients. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering innovative solutions and commercially sound legal advice. - Play an active role in business development and marketing initiatives to further expand the real estate practice. - Collaborate closely with other departments to provide comprehensive legal services to clients. Candidate Profile: - Minimum of 8+ years' PQE with extensive experience in real estate law. - A proven track record of successfully handling complex and high-value real estate transactions. - Strong leadership and client management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members. - A portable client following generating at least £300,000 in annual revenue. - A strategic thinker with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
