NQ Family Solciitor The Role As an NQ Family Law Solicitor, you will work on a wide range of family law matters, including but not limited to: Divorce and separation Financial remedy proceedings Children disputes (both private and public law) Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements Domestic violence and injunctions You will handle your own caseload under supervision, providing high-quality advice to clients and working alongside senior solicitors on complex matters. Key Responsibilities Managing your own caseload of family law matters Drafting legal documents such as petitions, consent orders, and witness statements Representing clients in court and at mediation meetings Liaising with clients, barristers, and third-party professionals Ensuring compliance with court deadlines and client expectations What We're Looking For NQ Solicitor (0-1 PQE) with a passion for family law Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and within a team Attention to detail and strong organisational skills Client-focused with a compassionate and professional approach BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
