Associate - Securitization

The New York office our top ten client are seeking an associate for the Global Finance Group as a Securitization attorney. The candidates should have at least three years of experience with asset-backed securitizations and structured finance deals (including CMBS, RMBS, CLOs and esoteric assets). Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating offering and transaction documents for underwriters, initial purchasers and issuers and lenders in both public and private offerings of asset-backed securities and private structured lending transactions Compensation will be scale, including bonus, and unrivalled benefits including particular attention to wellness and childcare.
